COMPOSITION:

For every 1 ml:

Active ingredient:

permethrin   650mg

Excipients:

Butylparaben   1.0 mg

Butyl hydroxyanisole (E320)  0.2 mg

Butyl hydroxytoluene (E321)  0.1 mg

It is a yellowish clear solution.

USE IN PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

No pharmacovigilance effects have been reported in animals used during pregnancy and lactation. However, since the safety of the product has not been proven in pregnant and lactating animals, use should only be made after the evaluation of the benefit / risk ratio determined by the responsible Veterinarian.

UNDESIRED EFFECTS

Transient skin irritation may occur at the application site. In such cases, clean the animal with water.rinse and protect against cold. Consult a Veterinarian if the undesirable effect persists.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

Pyrethrins and pyrethroids can be formulated with synergists (Piperonyl butoxide N-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboxamide) and/or insect growth regulators (Pyriproxifen) to increase the activity of insecticides. Permethrin; It provides excellent efficacy together with dinotefuran, imidacloprid, fipronil. Toxic effects may increase following simultaneous exposure to organophosphates or other synthetic pyrethroids. Do not use with other ectoparasites as it may cause toxicity.Do not use with other topically applied products. In the absence of appropriate information, no other insecticide should be used during Top Spot On treatment.

SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSE, PRECAUTIONS AND ANTIDOTE

The recommended dose should be applied. Local irritation of the skin, numbness, itching, tingling and burning in overdosechange in sensitivityit could be. If the drug is injected into the eye, lacrimation and transient conjunctivitis may occur. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, the eyes should be washed with plenty of water. If the drug causes irritation at the application site, the animal should be washed with clean water. The product has an irritating effect on the respiratory tract. Cough, sneezing and runny nose may occur. Ingestion of the drug is followed by nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain, as well as pain in the throat. Ulcers may form in the mouth and salivation increases. Systemic symptoms (Vertigo, headache and fatigue, palpitations, chest pain and blurred vision) occur 4 to 48 hours after exposure. Coma and cramps can be life threatening. If systemic symptoms are present, a Veterinarian should be consulted.There is no known specific antidote; If possible signs of overdose occur, the animal should be treated symptomatically.
